Getting Started

The senior girls basketball season was just getting started last night - some new registrations, new drills (3-man weave), new balls, and some intense competition (Team Bubbles came out on top with their bean bag count, but their arithmetic may have been off). Your coaching team looks forward to seeing you on Friday night and don't forget your balls!

Opening Night

It's just hours away from the opening of the 2009-2010 Haldimand Huskies basketball season. There are many new and returning senior girls registered for the upcoming program and I look forward to meeting all of you tomorrow night. There have been a few last minute registrations; and if you know of anyone who is still interested in playing, please invite them to join us as well.

What to Bring

Water bottle
Gym shoes (for inside only)
Positive attitude

Cool Stuff

The 2009-2010 basketball season, will be seeing several changes:

• new game nights,
• use of the full court for games,
• new Huskies basketballs,
• reversible blue & white jerseys, and
• new team uniforms.

Don't miss the September Registration nights (14th and 15th), and BRING A FRIEND who may not have tried this sport but wants to stay active this winter.
